The Outdoor Group which is the parent company of Elite Outdoors, LLC and Elite Archery since 2009 has since announced on March 8, 2012 that it has finalized the acquisition of assets and business of Scott Archery and Custom Bow Equipment.This acquisition combines Elite Archery's experience in ultimate bow manufacturing, innovation and marketing with Scott Archery's excellence of top quality releases and custom hunting gear and target sights.
Both Scott Archery and CBE will maintain its current location of Clay City, KY and key member of Elite Outdoors will collaborate with their new partners at Scott Archery and CBE to continue developing and innovating new archery releases and sights.
